1．口頭通知

寫作指導

①口頭通知一般是由一方向另一方口頭傳達的

通知，敘述表達儘可能口語化，簡潔明了，說清意思就行。

②口頭通知不用寫通知時間和發通知的單位。

③口頭通知一開頭可有稱呼語，具體因通知對象

而異。常用的稱呼語有“Comrades and friends”、“Boys and girls”、“Teachers and fellow students”、“Ladies and gentlemen”，也有的不用開頭語，直接開始。

④口頭通知的一些常用的開頭語和結束語。
